Other colleges may offer Seneca Polytechnic courses through OntarioLearn.
These courses may be available in class, online or by correspondence. Check your community colleges for availability, fees, and prerequisites. Some community colleges offer an enhanced home inspection program.
The Ontario Building Code courses are available through some colleges during the evenings and through the OAHI on selected weekends. The Defect Recognition & Reporting Course is only available through the OAHI on selected weekends. To get on the waiting list for those courses, contact oahi@oahi.com.
Applicants should note that the Board of Examiners does not accept courses provided by private education providers other than career colleges who demonstrated equivalency to community college delivery.
