David has been a full time Registered Home Inspector since 1995 conducting thousands of inspections over the years. .    He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Trent University. 

Most of our home inspections are pre purchase inspections for a purchaser wanting to confirm the condition of the home.     We also complete Ready for Sale inspections for Vendors looking to avoid problems at the last minute.    We also complete maintenance inspections for home buyers that purchased the home without a home inspection or for home owners or seniors that want to confirm the condition and prioritize what repairs are needed now and what should be budgeted for in the near future. 

David has completed the NCI,  New Construction Inspection course and can provide home owners with an inspection that can be used to fill out the 30 day, 1 and 2 year Tarion warranty forms.

We can do mould testing using Airocels,   swabs, tape lifts or ERMI testing which would also include alergens.

We can conduct Radon testing, especially in radon areas such as Port Hope. 

David has passed the training for Septic Inspector. Our  Reports are computerized with pictures and most can be printed on site.

Our 3 inspection packages provide a great report and a client can add infra red scan,  appliance recall check, rodent infestation,  mould and allergin testing, radon testing.
Purchasers are encouraged to attend the inspection and follow-up questions are welcomed.
